What do we clean?

We tailor our cleaning to fit your family or business. We clean homes, businesses, new and renovated construction clean-up, empty properties, move-ins and move-outs and special projects such as garages and lower-level windows.

Just Ask! No job is too big or too small.

Who provides the equipment?

We do. We provide all products and equipment unless requested otherwise. All equipment is kept in good running condition to provide you with detailed, quality cleaning. Our sweepers utilize special HEPA filters which remove 99% of the allergens in your home.

How many people will be in your home?

We work in teams of two to four people, depending on the the size of the project. A team leader is present to supervise the quality of the work and also works with the team. Management spot-checks work on a random basis. Each employee is referenced and background checked for your piece of mind.

Do “green” products really clean as well as chemical products?

YES, sometimes better. Natural cleaners work in an entirely different manner than chemical products, by using “surfactants” (found in plants) to eliminate the agents that allow dirt & germs to adhere to an object. Sequestrants catch and deactivate minerals in water, so they cannot react with other materials to form scum, film, or lime scale.

Do I have to be home while my house is being cleaned?

We ask that you are home for the first cleaning.  You do not have to be there after your first appointment as long as arrangements are made for the cleaning crew to enter your home.  This can be discussed ahead of time.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please give us 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.  This way, we are better able to serve other customers who are waiting for an opening.

What if I have pets?

Your pets will be perfectly safe since our products are non-toxic and vapor-free.  If you have an agressive or excitable pet, we do ask that you keep them outside or in a shut off room while our crew is there.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept cash or checks.  All cleanings must be paid for at the time of service, so please leave your payment in an envelope with our name on it, in a conspicuous place. (e.g. the kitchen countertop.)  The team leader will collect payment when the job is finished to your satisfaction.
